The former president's Granddaughter Seeks Professional Tips from Tiger Woods Ahead of Professional Golf First Appearance

The young golfer will have numerous prominent backers as she makes her LPGA debut this Thursday.

The 18-year-old athlete, who is connected to a former US president, received a special exemption to participate at the Annika tournament in Florida.

The former president, a passionate golfer, owns multiple golf courses and frequently matches against his granddaughter.

"He's fairly competent. I can't say much but we have tight competitions," she mentioned.

Kai explained that Trump, unable to come, counseled her: "Just don't get nervous."

"He essentially told me to go out there and have fun," she continued.

"In my eyes, he's simply a normal grandpa. He won't be there for the tournament. He's focused on world affairs, making him rather occupied."

As an amateur, the golfer has competed in a mere three competitions this year and maintains the 461st position in the American Junior Golf Association listings.

However she's able to seek guidance from Tiger Woods, who is dating Vanessa.

"He is the top athlete globally," the young golfer said.

"Additionally, he's a superior individual. He suggested me to compete, relax, and go with the flow."

The golfer will compete against some of top competitors in professional golf at this tournament, featuring world number two Nelly Korda, British golfer Hull, professional Thompson and 2023 champion Lilia Vu.

Tournament organizers mentioned that Kai's presence helps introduce golf to new audiences, particularly among the next generation.

The young star boasts millions of followers and recently launched her own fashion and living company.
